We are a faith-based community organization focused on helping ex-offenders have a successful transition upon release back into our communities. Making sure that we assist and embrace their rehabilitation and transition while going through this journey. Specializing in housing, trainings, counseling, and Spiritual Awareness. We believe that there is Care and Hope in something different. It's up to you to want it.
